AWS Solution Architect

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:
EXPERIENCE: 0-3yrs
B.E/B.Tech Computer Science(preferred)
Trained on Amazon Web Services (AWS) OR Certified AWS (preferred)
DELIVERABLES:
➢ Troubleshooting application, network, database, and architectural challenges
➢ Assist in Design/Architecture of AWS and Hybrid Cloud Solutions.
➢ Helping customers architect scalable, highly available application solutions
that leverage AWS services.
➢ Architecting and developing customer applications to be cloud optimized.
➢ Working as a technical leader alongside customer business, development and
infrastructure teams.
➢ Designed, implemented, and support of automated containerized
infrastructure, leveraging continuous integration and continuous delivery
processes for service development, and cluster/monitoring/day2 tooling for
infrastructure service deployment and administration.
➢ Advising and implementing AWS best practices.
➢ Architecting highly available systems that utilize load balancing, horizontal
Scalability and high availability.
EPIC-Experience in Cloud:
➢ Cloud hosting experience (AWS).
➢ Knowledge of Cloud Computing concepts – virtualization, networking,
storage, etc.
➢ Detailed knowledge of networking protocols: DNS, HTTP, SSL, SMTP, TCP.
➢ Expertise in security solutions on AWS.
➢ Extensive experience architecting, designing and programming applications
in an AWS Cloud environment.
➢ Experience with designing and building application using AWS services such
as EC2, AWS Elastic Beanstalk, AWS OpsWorks.
➢ Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g. Jenkins).
➢ Hands on familiarity with CloudFormation.
AWS Solution Architect
➢ Experience with configuration management platforms (e.g. Chef, Puppet, Salt,
or Ansible).
➢ Expertise in Infra capacity sizing, costing of AWS services to drive optimized
solution architecture, leading to optimal infra investment vs performance and
scale.
➢ Proficiency in Linux /Redhat administration.
➢ Proficiency in Preparing/Responding RFI, RFP and customer specific
requirements.
➢ Proficiency in MySQL and PostgreSQL Administration with Replication &
Clustering.
➢ Strong scripting skills (e.g. Powershell, Python, Bash, Ruby, Perl, etc.).
➢ Strong practical application development experience on Linux and Windowsbased systems.
➢ Experience on Windows Azure, RackSpace, OpenStack, and using Right scale
scripts and tools would be good to have attribute.
➢ Technical specialist in Customer-facing roles.
➢ Ability to travel to client locations as needed
